Who can take part
- You have recurrent or metastatic nasopharyngeal cancer that cannot be cured with standard treatments.
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You have not had any systemic treatment for metastatic or recurrent disease.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You have not had prior treatment with a B7-H3 targeted therapy, a topoisomerase I inhibitor, or a PD-(L)1 inhibitor.
- You have no history of other cancer in the past 5 years (except for early-stage curable cancers).
- You do not have brainstem or spinal cord metastases, severe heart or lung disease, or interstitial lung disease.
