  • You are 40 years old or older
  • You have severe or very severe COPD (GOLD stage 3 or 4)
  • You have pulmonary hypertension confirmed by a heart catheterization test, with specific pressure and resistance levels
  • You are not allergic to iloprost or similar drugs
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
