This study tests whether a special ultrasound probe can help doctors safely treat all your blocked arteries in one single procedure, so you won't need to come back for a second operation. It's for people who had a heart attack, had emergency stenting of the main blocked artery, and have another artery that is partly blocked but hasn't been treated yet.

Who can take part
- You had a heart attack that needed emergency angioplasty (stenting) within the last 12 hours.
- You have at least one other artery that is 50-90% blocked (not yet stented or bypassed).
- You are willing to have an extra ultrasound and pressure wire test during the procedure, and you will need to come back for follow-up visits and MRI scans over the next year.
- You cannot have severe kidney disease, severe allergies to contrast dye or MRI contrast, or a metal implant that is not safe for MRI.
- You are not pregnant, and you are not currently in another research study for a drug or device.
