Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older
  • Your heart's pumping strength (LVEF) must be 40% or less
  • You have chest pain (Class 2 or higher) or were hospitalized for a heart attack or heart failure in the last year
  • You have blockages in two or more heart arteries, including a major one (left anterior descending) or the main left artery
  • Your heart team decides that both bypass surgery and stents are possible options for you
