Who can take part
- You are between 50 and 75 years old
- You had a stroke more than 6 months ago that affected one side of your body
- Your stroke was moderate (based on a standard stroke scale)
- You can walk for 10 minutes on flat ground with a cane or walker if needed, without another person helping
- You can walk on a treadmill for 3 minutes at a slow speed and it is safe for you to do so
- You are not currently in any other formal rehab program
