Who can take part

  • You are between 6 and 65 years old.
  • You have partial (focal) epilepsy that has not been controlled by medication for at least 2 years.
  • Your doctor has already decided you need surgery to remove the seizure focus or a test with electrodes inside the brain before surgery.
  • You have had a routine video EEG that showed abnormal brain activity between seizures.
  • You are willing and able to follow the study procedures and give your consent.
