Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with peripheral artery disease (PAD).
  • You agree to let the researchers use your medical data without your name.
  • You are scheduled to have a sleep test (polygraphy) within the next month as part of your routine care.
  • You are able to do the ankle-brachial index test and sleep test (no severe physical or mental limitations).
  • You have not been previously diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea and are not currently using a CPAP machine at night.
