Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have a diagnosis of higher-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS).
  • You have had little or no prior treatment for MDS (no more than one cycle of certain medicines).
  • You are in generally good health (ECOG performance status 0-2) and your kidney and liver function are adequate.
  • You do not have G6PD deficiency, severe kidney disease, or certain active infections or illnesses.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, and are willing to use contraception if needed.
