Who can take part

  • Your tumor must have a certain gene change called a SMARCA4 loss-of-function mutation.
  • You must have tried other standard treatments and they didn't work, or you couldn't take them.
  • You need to be in fairly good overall health (able to do daily activities with little or no help).
  • Your cancer must be measurable on scans (such as CT or MRI).
  • You must not have a history of serious heart problems or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
