Who can take part
- You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has not been treated yet for advanced disease (stage IIIB, IIIC, or IV).
- You are 18 years old or older and can provide a recent tumor sample for testing.
- Your lung cancer does not have certain genetic changes (like EGFR, ALK, ROS1) that would require a different standard targeted therapy first.
- You have not had prior chemotherapy or immunotherapy for advanced lung cancer (prior treatment after surgery or radiation is okay if it was more than 6–12 months ago).
- You are willing to have blood tests and possibly a repeat biopsy during the study to help create a personalized vaccine.
