Who can take part

  • You must have advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery, confirmed by a biopsy or tissue sample.
  • You must be able to take care of yourself and be up and about at least half of the day (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You must not have had any previous cancer treatment for this advanced liver cancer.
  • Your cancer must be measurable on scans (like CT or MRI).
  • You must not have a bleeding disorder or take blood thinners that increase your risk of bleeding.
  • You must not have had an organ transplant or have an autoimmune disease.
