Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with invasive breast cancer (cancer that has spread into nearby breast tissue).
- Your tumor is HER2-positive — this means it has too much of a protein called HER2 that helps it grow. (Your doctor can check this.)
- Your cancer has not spread to distant organs (like the lungs or liver). It may be in the breast or nearby lymph nodes.
- You have not had any chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or other cancer treatment for this breast cancer yet.
