- You have HER2-positive breast cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body.

- Your heart function is normal (LVEF of 55% or higher).
- You can have surgery to remove the tumor after the study treatment.
- You are 18 years or older, and your overall health status is good (ECOG 0 or 1).
