Bleximenib Drug Study in Leukemia Patients

Who can take part

  • You weigh at least 40 kilograms (about 88 pounds).
  • Your leukemia has come back after treatment or not responded, and it has a certain gene change (KMT2A, NPM1, NUP98, or NUP214).
  • You are able to take care of yourself and are up and about more than half of your waking hours.
  • You have regular bowel movements (at least one bowel movement every two days).
  • If you could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test before the first dose.
