This trial tests a new drug called BEBT-908 plus chemotherapy for people with acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has a specific genetic change (MEF2D) or a certain immune type (pre-B). It's for patients whose leukemia is in remission but still has detectable tiny amounts of disease (MRD positive).

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have a type of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia with a MEF2D gene rearrangement OR a pre-B immunophenotype (a specific cell type) that is Philadelphia chromosome negative.
  • Your leukemia is in complete remission (less than 5% blasts in bone marrow) but there are still minimal residual disease (MRD) cells detected (at least 1 cancer cell in 10,000).
  • You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG 0-2) and expected to live more than 3 months.
  • Your heart, liver, and kidneys are working well enough.
