Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You must have one of these blood cancers: AML, MDS, myelofibrosis, CML, or CMML.
  • You must be scheduled for your first stem cell transplant using a specific conditioning regimen.
  • You must have a fully matched (8/8) related or unrelated donor.
  • Your kidney, heart, lung, and liver function must be within certain limits.
  • You must not have had a previous stem cell transplant or certain active infections or cancers.
