Who can take part

  • You have a solid tumor (like kidney, ovarian, or endometrial cancer) that has spread or come back, and standard treatments are no longer working.
  • A genetic test shows your tumor has lost a specific gene from the SWI/SNF group (like SMARCB1, SMARCA4, ARID1A, PBRM1, BAP1, or others).
  • You have an archived tissue sample or are willing to have a new biopsy to confirm the gene loss.
  • You are 18 or older and able to undergo scans (CT or MRI) to measure your tumor.
  • Your overall health (ECOG score 0 or 1) allows you to be up and about, with expected survival of at least 12 weeks.
  • You have adequate blood counts, liver, and kidney function based on lab tests.
