Who can take part

  • You have chronic heart failure with a weakened heart pumping ability (LVEF of 40% or less).
  • You have had heart failure symptoms (like shortness of breath or fatigue) for at least 3 months.
  • You are on a stable dose of all four standard heart failure medications (ARNI/ACEI/ARB, beta-blocker, MRA, and SGLT2 inhibitor) for at least 2 weeks.
  • You have not had a heart attack, unstable angina, or been hospitalized for heart failure in the past few weeks.
  • You do not have conditions like untreated collapsed lung, severe claustrophobia, active bleeding, or certain other medical issues that would make hyperbaric oxygen therapy unsafe.
