  • You are between 18 and 89 years old.
  • You had a head CT scan when you arrived at the hospital.
  • You can have the portable scan within 4 hours of your CT scan.
  • Your doctors are not planning to do surgery for your head injury.
  • You do not have large open wounds or skull injuries that make the scan uncomfortable.
