Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You visited an emergency room between January 1 and December 12, 2024.
  • You had sudden neurological symptoms (such as weakness or trouble speaking) that went away completely before you arrived at the emergency room.
  • You were diagnosed with a TIA (transient ischemic attack) or had these symptoms during your ER visit.
