Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have a type of tongue cancer called squamous cell carcinoma that is locally advanced (not spread to other parts).
  • Your treatment plan includes two rounds of chemotherapy and immunotherapy before surgery to remove the tongue cancer.
  • You do not have any major health problems like uncontrolled infections, serious heart disease, or poorly managed diabetes.
  • You have not had another cancer or a tongue tumor in the last 5 years.
  • You are willing to sign a consent form and follow the study procedures.
