Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has returned or not improved after at least one prior treatment including venetoclax.
  • Your leukemia cells must have a high level of CD64 protein (70% or more) on their surface.
  • You have a plan for a rescue stem cell transplant and are a suitable candidate.
  • Your organs are working well enough: kidneys (creatinine clearance at least 30 mL/min), liver (AST/ALT no more than 5 times normal, bilirubin no more than 3 times normal), lungs (minimal breathing difficulty and oxygen level above 92%), and heart (ejection fraction at least 40%).
  • You have not had prior CAR T cell therapy.
