Who can take part

  • You are age 19 or older.
  • Your multiple myeloma has come back or is resistant to treatment, and it can be measured by blood or urine tests.
  • You have had at least one prior treatment, and it included lenalidomide or you were treated with lenalidomide alone.
  • Your body is strong enough for study treatment (performance status 0 to 2).
  • Your blood counts and organs are in a safe range (enough white blood cells and platelets, kidney function acceptable, and liver numbers not too high).
  • You can swallow and take oral medicines, and any side effects from past treatment are mostly gone or stable.
