Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You have moderate-to-severe or severe leakage in both the mitral and tricuspid valves.
- You have symptoms like shortness of breath or fatigue, and you are in NYHA class II, III, or IVa (symptoms with everyday activity or at rest).
- Your heart team determines that the clip procedure is safe for your valve anatomy.
- You have not had prior surgery or procedures on these valves.
- You do not have severe heart failure requiring a pump or transplant, active infections, bleeding risks, or a life expectancy under 1 year.
