Who can take part

  • You must have a formal diagnosis of ME/CFS (myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome) using the Canadian Consensus Criteria.
  • You should be mostly or completely housebound—your Bell Score is 30 or below (meaning you need help with most daily activities).
  • You must experience a severe flare-up of symptoms after even a little activity that lasts more than 14 hours.
  • You must be between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You cannot have any other condition (like a brain injury or advanced Parkinson's) that already limits your ability to move or think.
