Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 60 years old.
- You have high blood pressure and are not currently taking medication for it (or have been off it for at least 30 days).
- Your LDL cholesterol is between 100 and 190 mg/dL (or 2.6 and 4.9 mmol/L).
- You have a stable diet and body weight, and you are willing to keep them stable during the study.
- You are willing to use highly effective birth control and avoid pregnancy or fathering a child for 12 months after the last dose.
- You do not have serious health conditions like heart disease, diabetes, kidney problems, or a history of cancer in the last 5 years.
