Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (thick heart muscle) and have already had a myectomy (heart muscle trimming surgery).
  • You now have a specific heart rhythm delay called left bundle branch block (LBBB) with a wide QRS (≥130 ms).
  • Your risk of sudden cardiac death is high (HCM Risk-SCD score 6% or higher).
  • You are willing to sign a consent form to participate.
