Who can take part

  • You have heart failure symptoms for at least 3 months and feel limited by your condition (NYHA class II or higher).
  • You’re between 18 and 80 years old, and you can understand the study and sign consent.
  • Your heart failure type fits one of these groups: sinus rhythm with weak heart pumping and certain ECG (electrical signal) patterns, or atrial fibrillation with fast/uncontrolled heart rate, or you need continuous heart pacing for a slow heart rate, or you developed heart failure despite a prior pacemaker/defibrillator.
  • Your ECG and heart pumping measurements in the last 6 weeks must match the study’s thresholds (including specific QRS duration and LBBB or non-LBBB patterns).
  • Your kidney function is not severely reduced (estimated kidney filtration must be 30 or higher).
  • You have an expected survival of more than 12 months and can attend follow-up visits.
