Testing MIL116 in healthy people and those with IgA Nephropathy

Who can take part

  • For healthy volunteers: You must be 18 to 55 years old, weigh at least 110 pounds, and have a BMI between 19 and 32.
  • For people with IgA Nephropathy: You must have a kidney biopsy confirming the disease and have protein in your urine (at least 0.75 grams per day).
  • You must be on a stable dose of certain blood pressure medications (ACE inhibitors or ARBs) for a while before joining.
  • You cannot have received certain immune-suppressing drugs (like rituximab or cyclophosphamide) in the last 3 to 6 months.
  • You cannot have very high protein in your urine (over 3.5 grams per day) or other severe kidney conditions.
