Who can take part
- You are a female dancer between 11 and 16 years old.
- You have been dancing classical ballet for at least 2 years.
- You currently dance at least 3 times a week, including at least 3 hours of classical ballet weekly.
- You have a mild or moderate scoliosis that does not need active medical or surgical treatment.
- You are in good health, not taking any medications, and have never had orthopedic surgery.
