Who can take part
- You are between 30 and 55 years old.
- You have had shoulder pain for more than 3 months due to a rotator cuff problem, confirmed by ultrasound or MRI.
- You are willing to attend all therapy sessions and follow the treatment plan.
- You do not have a full tendon tear, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, or a BMI above 30.
- You have not had a steroid shot in the affected shoulder in the last 6 months.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
