Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS).
  • You are between 10 and 18 years old.
  • Your spine curvature (Cobb angle) is greater than 10 degrees.
  • Your pain is mild (less than 3 on a 0-10 scale).
  • You have no other spine or hip problems, no chronic pain, and no history of spine surgery.
