  • You are between 18 and 50 years old
  • You have moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea, confirmed by a sleep study
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 30
  • Your neck size is 44 cm or less for men, 42 cm or less for women
  • You do not have signs of blockage higher up in the airway
