Who can take part
- You must have a lung tumor that cannot be removed with surgery and has come back after a previous high-dose SBRT treatment.
- The original SBRT must have been given with a curative intention (high enough dose).
- It has been at least 12 months since your last SBRT.
- You are generally in good health (able to care for yourself, score 0–2 on the performance status scale).
- Any cancer outside the chest must be stable or not growing.
