Who can take part

  • You must have advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to the lining of the brain or fluid around the brain.
  • Your cancer must have an EGFR mutation, specifically exon 19 deletion or L858R mutation.
  • You must have already tried a first or second generation EGFR pill and a third generation EGFR pill, and your cancer got worse during those treatments.
  • You must be willing to have a lumbar puncture (spinal tap) and be healthy enough for that procedure.
  • Your overall health should allow you to be up and about at least half the day (ECOG score 0–3).
