T cell therapy for melanoma that has spread to the brain and spine lining

Leptomeningeal Melanoma

Who can take part

  • You must have melanoma that has spread to the lining of your brain or spinal cord (leptomeningeal disease), shown on scans or in spinal fluid tests.
  • You need to have a certain tissue type called HLA-A2 or HLA-A24 (a blood test can check this).
  • You must be able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You need to have finished any radiation, chemotherapy, or other biologic treatments within a certain number of days before starting this trial.
  • You must be age 18 or older.
  • If you could become pregnant or get someone pregnant, you must agree to use effective birth control during and for a while after treatment.
