Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have a diagnosis of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) — a type of heart failure where the heart pumps normally but is too stiff to fill properly.
- You receive your heart care at the Local Health Unit of the Leiria Region (ULS RL) in Portugal.
- For the exercise part: you are able and willing to do a stress test on a bike or treadmill while wearing a mask to measure your breathing.
- You can give written consent to take part in the exercise part (if you join that part).
