SYNCAR-100 for relapsed B-ALL

B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

This trial tests a new CAR-T cell therapy called SYNCAR-100 for people with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) that has come back or not responded to treatment. If you qualify, you would receive an infusion of specially modified immune cells designed to attack and kill leukemia cells.

Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your leukemia cells must have a protein called CD19 on their surface.
  • You have B-ALL that either did not get better after two rounds of chemo, came back within a year of first remission, or returned after a stem cell transplant.
  • You need to have a reasonable level of daily activity (Karnofsky score of 70 or higher) and be expected to live at least 12 more weeks.
  • You cannot have had a stem cell transplant in the last 6 months, or certain severe heart or organ problems.
  • You cannot have been treated with another CAR-T therapy or certain other cancer drugs before.
