Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor (like lung, breast, colon, or pancreatic cancer) that hasn't responded to standard treatments or for which no standard treatment exists.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be safely injected with the study drug, and it's measurable on imaging scans.
  • You are between 18 and 80 years old, and your overall health is good enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0-1).
  • Your blood counts, kidney and liver function are within acceptable limits, and your heart function is normal (LVEF ≥ 50%).
  • You are not pregnant, and you agree to use effective contraception during and for 6 months after treatment.
  • You do not have conditions that affect iron metabolism (like thalassemia or G6PD deficiency), active brain metastases, or uncontrolled infections.
