Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 55 years old (for healthy volunteers) or 18 to 75 years old (for patients).
  • Your body mass index is between 18 and 30, and you weigh 120 kg or less.
  • You have been diagnosed with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps (for the patient part of the study).
  • You have a total score of 30 or more on a sinus symptoms questionnaire (SNOT-22).
  • You have needed or been considered for steroid treatment in the past 2 years for your sinusitis.
  • If you have asthma, it is stable and you are on regular treatment (GINA Step 3 or higher) for at least 6 weeks.
