Who can take part

  • You have moderate-to-severe thyroid eye disease and have completed an earlier Amgen study of AMG 732.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your thyroid levels are stable and well-controlled.
  • You agree to use effective birth control during treatment and for 6 months after the last dose (if applicable).
  • You have not had certain eye surgeries (like orbital decompression or strabismus surgery) or used other immunosuppressive drugs recently.
