Who can take part

  • You must work in healthcare or industry, at least 24 hours per week.
  • You must currently work night shifts (at least 3 hours between midnight and 5 a.m.) with at least 2 consecutive nights per month.
  • You must have been working night shifts for more than 3 years.
  • You must have 4 or more night shifts each month.
  • You cannot have diabetes (type 1 or type 2), severe obesity (BMI 40 or above), or certain chronic health conditions.
  • You cannot be pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
