Who can take part
- You must be 6 months to 25 years old and of Japanese ancestry (at least two grandparents are Japanese).
- Your brain tumor has come back or grown after treatment, and it has a specific BRAF genetic change (like a V600 mutation or KIAA1549:BRAF fusion).
- You’ve had at least one round of cancer treatment before and your tumor has shown progression on scans.
- You need to be recovered from side effects of previous treatments and have healthy blood, liver, and kidney function.
- You cannot have certain other genetic changes in your tumor, neurofibromatosis type 1, or eye problems like retinal vein occlusion.
