  • You are 50 years old or older.
  • You have moderate to severe hearing loss in both ears, and the loss is similar in each ear.
  • You have a weakness in one of your balance organs (vestibular system) as shown by a special test.
  • You are a candidate for a cochlear implant based on standard hearing tests.
  • You have not had a cochlear implant in one ear before.
  • You are willing to attend all study visits and follow the study steps.
