Who can take part

  • You have advanced head and neck cancer (stage III or IVA) that can be operated on or may become operable.
  • You are physically active and able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-1).
  • A blood test shows that more than 10% of your immune cells (CD8+ T cells) are a certain type that may respond to treatment.
  • Your kidneys, liver, and blood cell counts are within a healthy range.
  • You have not had prior treatment with immunotherapy or JAK inhibitors.
