Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- You have an advanced solid tumor that has stopped responding to standard treatments.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You are able to handle daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your blood counts and liver and kidney function are within certain ranges.
