Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has stopped responding to standard treatments.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You are able to handle daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your blood counts and liver and kidney function are within certain ranges.
  • You have not had cancer treatment or major surgery in the last 4 weeks, and side effects from past treatments have mostly gone away.
