TCR-T cell therapy for MAGE-A4-positive sarcomas and other tumors

Advanced Mesenchymal Malignancies

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial tests a personalized cell therapy called TCR-T that targets a protein called MAGE-A4 on tumor cells. It is for people with advanced sarcomas or similar cancers that have not responded to standard treatments.

Who can take part

  • You must have a type of sarcoma or related cancer that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery, and standard treatments have stopped working.
  • Your tumor must have a certain amount of the MAGE-A4 protein (measured by a test that gives an H-score of 30 or higher).
  • You must have a specific immune system marker called HLA-A*02 positive (a blood test can tell this).
  • You must be in fairly good general health (able to care for yourself, with adequate organ function).
  • You must not have had chemotherapy or other cancer treatments within the past 3 to 4 weeks (depending on the type).

Personalized T-cell therapy for advanced solid tumors

This early-phase study tests personalized immune cells (T cells) made from your own tumor and blood to treat advanced solid cancers. It may help your immune system recognize and attack your tumor, especially if standard treatments no longer work.

T Cell therapy for solid tumors with specific KRAS and HLA types

This trial tests a personalized immune cell treatment made for people with advanced solid cancers that have not responded to standard care. It’s designed for tumors carrying a specific KRAS mutation (G12V or G12D) and for people whose immune “HLA type” matches the therapy.

CAR T cells for advanced sarcoma

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (4th generation CAR T cells) designed to recognize and attack sarcoma cells. It's for people with advanced or recurrent sarcoma whose tumors have a specific marker.

MAGE-A4 TCR-T therapy for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a new type of immune therapy called MAGE-A4-directed TCR-T. It uses your own immune cells (T cells) that are modified to find and attack cancer cells that have a specific protein (MAGE-A4). It is for people with advanced solid tumors who have already tried other treatments.

First human trial of CDR404 for MAGE-A4 positive solid tumors

This trial tests an experimental treatment called CDR404 for people with certain advanced solid tumors. It is designed for those whose tumors have a specific protein (MAGE-A4) and who have already tried other treatments. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and effective.
