Who can take part

  • You are either a healthy volunteer with no neurological conditions or a stroke survivor whose stroke spared specific prefrontal brain regions
  • You have no history of epilepsy or other conditions that make MRI or TMS unsafe
  • You do not have other medical or psychiatric conditions that affect thinking or movement
  • For stroke survivors: your brain scan (MRI) must show the stroke did not damage the prefrontal areas being studied
