Who can take part
- You have Parkinson's disease (diagnosed within the last 3 to 7 years) and are not severely advanced (Hoehn & Yahr stage 3 or less)
- You are over 18 years old
- You do not have dementia, other brain disorders, essential tremor, or active infections, autoimmune diseases, or cancer
- You may or may not have a GBA gene mutation (the study includes both groups)
- You are willing to sign a consent form and follow study procedures
