Who can take part
- You must have non-small cell lung cancer that has not spread beyond the chest (stage IB to IIIA) and is considered removable by surgery.
- Your tumor must have a KRAS G12C mutation, confirmed by a test, and must not have EGFR or ALK mutations.
- You must be at least 18 years old and in good overall health, with a performance status of 0 or 1 (able to carry out daily activities).
- You must have at least one measurable tumor on scans, and adequate organ function (kidney, liver, bone marrow).
- You must not have had prior cancer treatment for this disease, active infections, certain heart or lung conditions, or a history of other cancers within the last 5 years (except for cured skin or in-situ cancers).
