Who can take part

  • You have a brain or spinal cord lesion that needs to be surgically removed as part of your standard care.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your blood tests (kidney, liver, blood counts) are okay for surgery and the study drug.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and if you could become pregnant you have a negative pregnancy test.
  • You understand and can sign a consent form (or have a family member who can do so for you).
